The name Res is a tribute to the three owners. Ryan, Evan and Stephen have been foodie friends for over ten years. They shared a dream to own their own restaurant and serve the food they know they loved and provide an experience they know they themselves would enjoy. Together with their chosen team, they have created a space with a seriously delicious menu served along with genuine hospitality.
