Big RES Burger*

We came to Res for dinner and loved every dish we tried. We had the teriyaki bacon, the Res Rangoons, the tempura lobster, and the lamb chops as starters. For dinner the Big Res Burger and the French cut chicken breast. Everything was excellent. The presentation of the appetizers and dinners was very cool and made the food even more appetizing. For drinks we had the Lyncher Martini, the Evian, and the Ginger Grapefruit Bourbon Sour. All were amazing, I think our favorite was the Ginger Grapefruit. But I would get all again. Looking forward to our next visit! Thank RES! Your staff are all amazing and attentive and we absolutely love your restaurant!

Warm Lobster Roll

Can't speak highly enough about this place! We've been twice now and both experiences have been amazing, from the hospitality of all the staff members, the presentation, to the delicious taste for the dishes and drinks. The first time we came was for outdoor dining where we brought our dog which was great in itself since it was the very first time we got to dine at place with white table cloths with our dog! The staff was also very passionate about dogs and made sure we all had a great experience. I can confidently say the warm lobster roll I ordered was hands down the best I've ever had. The lobster tempura appetizer was also so flavorful and a very unique, must-try menu item. The second time we came here was for date night just this past weekend. Be sure to ask for the special request "date night table" on the second floor, which gives you an awesome view of the lively city and is also very romantic and intimate. My fiance ordered the ocean risotto which he had to get again because he enjoyed it so much the first time and I ordered the grille's filet which was cooked perfectly and paired very well with the whipped potatoes and the crispy onions. The lychee martini and the sanchez (their espresso martini) were phenomenal as well. I look forward to coming back because this place is knows what they are doing!

The Grille's Filet*

We had an amazing experience dining at Res! We had the lobster tempura and pan fried halloumi for apps. Our party of three had the sirloin, filet, ocean risotto and to end the night the crime brulee. EVERYTHING was beyond amazing. We came for my mother's birthday and our waiter Eric B was one of the most knowledgeable, kind and attentive waiter I have had in years. We all left after the dinner saying how much the food beyond exceeded our expectations (and we are foodies!) AND the service! I will be recommending to everyone. Thank you Res for making my mother's 67th birthday memorable!

Lobster Tempura

The Lobster Tempura is an incredible dish that is listed as an appetizer however can also substitute as a light entree. The cold water lobster tail is plated standing in its shell and sitting in a bed of beautiful greens, lavished with a secret honey concoction that takes buttered lobster to a new level. It is not uncommon to see diners ordering a second one as their main meal. If you are a lobster lover you will NOT be disappointed.

Lamb Chops*

Incredible! We've eaten the lamb chop appetizer at 3 local places in the past month and this dish is King, Queen and then entire court! Perfectly cooked, spiced impeccably to showcase the meat without interrupting and plated to impress. As a party of 8 on a busy night, the service was fast, knowledgeable and fun which is a breath of fresh air in these tough times. This was our first time here and we already have reservations to introduce more friends to this gem.
